2.5 years to 5 years

You’re on the floor next to your toddler’s bed hoping and praying she’ll drift off to sleep soon. Your mind is racing with all the things you should be doing, but you don’t dare tip toe out too soon or you’ll be starting from square one.

Your child was a decent sleeper until you moved him to his big boy bed, and now his sleep has totally derailed. He's already woken up and come into your room and it's not even 11 pm yet. Now it's your husband's turn to go lie with him until he falls back asleep.


You decide to just turn off the lights and try to fall asleep now, because you know you’re in for at least one, if not two, or even three more night wakings. Some nights you take him back to his own bed, but most of the time you just let him sleep with you so you can get some sleep.

You’re stressed out, you’re anxious, AND you have another baby on the way and  there is absolutely no way things can continue like this. But how is this going to change?!

Current Life Snapshot

I’ll send you a simple questionnaire where you’ll share details of your child’s current day-to-day activity and nighttime situation. Your thorough response to this questionnaire will provide me the insight I need create a sleep plan that will work in the best possible way for your family.

The "How To" Session

We’ll “meet” each other through Zoom on this 60 minute call. Here I will present your child’s custom sleep plan and walk you through it step-by-step. I’ll address all questions along the way, any potential challenges you envision, and emphasize the most important elements of the plan that will be critical to getting your child sleeping through the night, in his or her own bed. You’ll hang up the phone feeling confident, excited and eager to begin the next steps.


Progress Calls

We’ll have four opportunities to talk at your convenience during the three -week period in which we work together. We’ll use these 20-minute phone calls to talk through any challenges or questions that surface along the way so that you hang up with simple, and understandable solutions.

Unlimited Email & Voxer Support

During our two weeks working together you’ll have unlimited access to me via email and Voxer (a voice messaging app).

Rest assured, even the most stubborn and willful small child CAN  learn to do this!
