Current Life Snapshot

I’ll send you a simple questionnaire where you’ll share details of your child’s current day-to-day activity and nighttime situation. Your thorough response to this questionnaire will provide me the insight I need create a sleep plan that will work in the best possible way for your family.

The "How To" Session

We’ll “meet” each other through video conferencing on this 60 minute call. Here I will present your child’s custom sleep plan and walk you through it step-by-step. I’ll address your questions along the way, any potential challenges you envision, and emphasize the most important elements of the plan that will be critical to getting your baby sleeping through the night. You’ll hang up the phone feeling confident, excited, and eager to begin the next steps to your bright eyed and bushy tailed mornings.


Progress Calls

We’ll have three opportunities to talk at your convenience during the two-week period in which we work together. We’ll use these 20 minute phone calls to talk through any challenges or questions that surface along the way so that you hang up with simple, and understandable solutions.

Unlimited Email & Voxer Support

During our two weeks working together you’ll have unlimited access to me via email and Voxer (a free voice messaging app). If a random question pops into your head, I want to hear it. Similarly, when your baby sleeps through the night for the first time, I want to be the first to know!
