The Baby Sleep Package:

Your baby must be between the ages of 5 months and 2.5 years to select this package and must have access to a full size crib.

Current Life Snapshot

Through a simple questionnaire, you'll share details of your child's current day-to-day activity and nighttime situation. This will provide me the insight I need to create a sleep plan that will work in the best possible way.

The "How To" Session

We'll meet for a 60-minute virtual call where I will present your child's custom sleep plan and walk you through it step-by-step. I'll address your questions along the way, talk through any potential challenges you envision, and emphasize the most important elements of the plan that will be critical to getting your baby sleeping through the night.

If you decide not to work with me or if we aren't a perfect fit, I'm happy to share other resources to help you get what you need.

Progress Calls

Unlimited calls during the two-week period we work together. We will talk through any challenges or questions that surface along the way so that you hang up with simple and understandable solutions.

Unlimited Email, Texting & Voxer Support

9am to 9pm access to me via email, text, and the free voice messaging app, Voxer, during our two weeks working together.

Happy Sleeper Guide

I’ve got your back when it comes to other common sleep disrupters. My Happy Sleeper Guide includes information on how to maintain good sleep through all the things baby and toddler life will throw at ya including  teething, travel, sickness, time changes and more! We will talk through this guide at the conclusion of our time together so you feel fully prepared once you and your baby "graduate" from my program.
