Babies
4 months  to 2 years

You wake up exhausted every morning reminiscing of your pre-children days when you could sleep in as late as you wanted. You and your spouse are in this repeated nightly cycle of doing whatever it takes to make your baby sleep hoping to buy yourselves two or three hours of shut eye.

Perhaps your husband has permanently taken up residence in the guest bedroom because you’re co-sleeping with your baby. Co-sleeping was working great at first, but now your baby is rolling over or sitting up, and it feels like you spend half the night just trying to situate the both of you into a comfortable position. Your baby wakes five or six times in the night and you feel like a human pacifier.

Maybe you've tried "cry it out" before, but gave up the first night because your heart broke hearing your baby protest so long. You know deep down it’s time to make a change, but the very thought paralyzes you with fear.

What if there was a gentle and guilt free way to teach your child how to sleep through the night?

You put your baby in the crib and he peacefully drifts off to sleep. You have time in the evenings to reconnect with your spouse, watch your fave reality show, or do whatever the heck you want!

You can't wait to sign up for that baby music class because now you know when your baby will be awake, and when he will go down for naps. On top of that, you can actually make plans with other moms and show up for play dates without cancelling because your baby is no longer randomly falling asleep on your way out the door.

Your mother-in-law is now willing to babysit for date nights because she can easily put your baby to bed without throwing her back out rocking him for hours.

You wake up feeling refreshed each morning,  your marriage feels stronger than ever, and parenthood is so blissful, the thought of having another child seems totally doable.

I help exhausted moms and dads get their babies sleeping through the night in as little as ten days! I’ll teach you exactly what you need to know to make this happen in a way that’s simple to follow and gentle to implement.

As a result of working together you’ll have:

  • A step-by-step process for getting your baby to sleep well independently.

  • A guilt-free conscience knowing you can get a full night’s sleep and still enjoy your daytime baby snuggles.

  • A renewed lease on life knowing that you’re getting great sleep, your baby is totally rocking independent sleep, and life feels amazing!

What Moms are Saying about Working with Me:

Caroline exceeded our expectations! From the start, she was kind, compassionate, and truly understood the stress we felt. We thought that our baby would be the one baby that wouldn’t respond to sleep training because we felt like we had tried everything! But we were wrong. Caroline’s approach was the perfect solution. It all seemed too good to be true, but our daughter (14 months) went from waking hysterically 3-5 times a night to sleeping completely through the night after less than a week.

Caroline was SUCH a dream to work with. She truly listens to your needs and is so encouraging. She keeps an open line of communication and is incredibly professional. I have had to reach out to her several times with questions or assistance, and she was there, happily. She's even calming HERSELF! Haha! She really cares and wants to help.

Thank you, Caroline, again!! We are truly thankful for your gift of sleep.

Caroline is wonderful. She worked closely with our family for two weeks to help our little guy sleep through the night. And she know's her stuff, is personable and helpful on every crazy question I had. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.
