  • Based on the plan you choose, we work together for two to three weeks.

  • You learn the skills and techniques that help your child learn to sleep through the night and take independent naps.

  • Frequent touch base calls, texts and voice memos to discuss progress, troubleshoot challenges and create sustainable best practices.
