Work with Me
I help exhausted moms and dads get their babies and toddlers sleeping through the night. They have endured months of no sleep, tried everything, and are desperate for help. I coach parents through a gentle process that will have their child peacefully sleeping through the night leaving them refreshed, recharged and loving parenthood.
Who I Work With
I work with parents of little ones ages six weeks to five years. Parents who adore their children, but reminisce fondly and frequently of their child-free days when sleeping in was taken for granted. Parents who resort to “whatever works for now” measures to get their baby sleeping, just so they can buy two to three hour chunks of uninterrupted shut-eye. Parents who are near their breaking point and desperately need a long-term solution for their child’s sleep.
What We Do Together
I’m with you every step of the way as we work together virtually for two to six weeks (based on the plan you choose) as you learn the skills and techniques that will help your child learn to sleep through the night and become a rock star sleeper for years to come. I teach simple, gentle and effective methods that align with your family dynamic and parenting style.
We’ll touch base frequently to discuss progress, troubleshoot challenges and create sustainable best practices, so sleeping through the night becomes the new normal – for both you and your baby.
My Coaching Packages
I live in the Houston area, but I work virtually with families all over the United States!
Newborns - 6 weeks to 12 weeks
Babies - 4 months to 2.5 years
Toddlers & Young Children - 2.5 to 5 years
Sleep Tune Ups - Designed for children who are fairly consistently already sleeping through the night but are experiencing some recent challenges.
