Newborn Sleep Fundamentals Session
We’ll meet virtually via Zoom where I’ll walk you through my newborn sleep guide. This quick, easy-to-read guide gives you everything you need to know about newborn sleep. During our call, you’ll learn the best practices and techniques that will set your little one up to be an amazing long-term sleeper. I’ll also give you my undivided attention as you ask me questions about your baby’s current day to day routine. You’ll leave our call feeling confident and excited to start implementing your new knowledge.
Six Weeks of Coaching Support
We’ll get on the phone together each week to discuss progress. You’ll share with me what’s working well and what parts of your day-to-day are most challenging; where you have the most confidence in what you’re doing, and where you could use some reassurance. We’ll talk each week about age appropriate goals for your baby and I’ll fully guide and support you in that direction.
