The Newborn Package:
Your baby must be between the ages of 6 weeks and 12 weeks to select this package and must have access to a crib or Pack 'n Play.
Newborn Sleep Fundamentals Session
We’ll meet virtually via Zoom where I’ll walk you through my newborn sleep guide. This quick, easy-to-read guide gives you everything you need to know about newborn sleep. During our call, you’ll learn the best practices and techniques that will set your little one up to be an amazing long-term sleeper.
Six Weeks of Coaching Support
We’ll get on the phone together each week to discuss progress. You’ll share what’s working well and what parts of your day are most challenging. We’ll talk each week about age appropriate goals for your baby and I’ll guide and support you in that direction.

After mastering the newborn phase, I’ve got your back when it comes to other common sleep disrupters. My guide include teething, travel and sickness and will help you navigate these unavoidable challenges with ease.
