Newborns 6 to 12 weeks

You have a short maternity leave or no maternity leave and really need to jumpstart this whole infant sleep thing.

Your older children were horrible sleepers, and with all the time and attention they demand now, there’s no way you can go through that again with this new baby.

You're the type of person who really needs sleep to function at a basic level, but so far, hiring a night nanny is draining your bank account.

You really want to do it right this time, to set your newborn up to sleep well long-term, but you’re just not sure exactly how to do that, and there’s no way you have the time or energy to tackle all those baby sleep books gifted by well intentioned friends.

What if there was a quick and easy way to learn all you needed to know about newborn sleep?

You feel confident with how and when you should lay your baby down for naps and bedtime.

You have a set of schedule options at your fingertips so it’s really easy to create routine and predictability to your day. You know that you will have time carved out each day to take a shower and maybe even make yourself a hot breakfast.

You understand normal baby sleep patterns, and can identify where your baby fits into those, allowing you to check envy and comparison at the new mom's group door. You sail through this newborn period with confidence and grace knowing that you’re doing all you can to set your baby up to be an awesome sleeper.

Let's make that happen!

I help exhausted moms and dads get their babies and  toddlers sleeping through the night. (Although we wont be expecting your newborn to be sleeping through the night just yet, you'll learn tons of valuable techniques to get him or her there when the time is right).

As a result of working together you’ll:

  • Learn a step-by-step process to settle a fussy baby so that your baby will be able to fall asleep more easily.

  • Have a clear understanding of how much and how frequently to feed your baby to help her sleep best.

  • Create a day-to-day routine that works great for your baby, and for you, so that you have time in your day to focus on other things.

  • Discover what infant products offer the best bang for your buck in terms of getting your baby sleeping well.

  • Know exactly how to arrange your nursery so that your baby will sleep better and longer.

  • Understand what sleeping garments work best to help your baby feel snug and comfortable.

  • Feel confident navigating your baby’s entire first year through teething, sickness, travel and other inevitable sleep disrupters.

The Newborn Package includes:

Newborn Sleep Fundamentals Session

We’ll meet virtually via Zoom where I’ll walk you through my newborn sleep guide. This quick, easy-to-read guide gives you everything you need to know about newborn sleep. During our call, you’ll learn the best practices and techniques that will set your little one up to be an amazing long-term sleeper. I’ll also give you my undivided attention as you ask me questions about your baby’s current day to day routine. You’ll leave our call feeling confident and excited to start implementing your new knowledge.

Six Weeks of Coaching Support

We’ll get on the phone together each week to discuss progress. You’ll share with me what’s working well and what parts of your day-to-day are most challenging; where you have the most confidence in what you’re doing, and where you could use some reassurance. We’ll talk each week about age appropriate goals for your baby and I’ll fully guide and support you in that direction.

Happy Sleeper Guides

You’ve mastered the newborn phase, so rest assured I’ve got your back when it comes to other common sleep disrupters including teething, travel and sickness. My handy dandy guides will help you navigate these unavoidable challenges with ease so that your baby will sleep soundly for years to come.

What Moms are Saying about Working with Me:

Caroline was such a breath of fresh air during a very weary season after 4 months of complete sleep deprivation. Our little guy struggles with GERD so I was even more hesitant to sleep train him. Caroline was gentle in her approach and gave us a plan that we felt comfortable and confident carrying out. At just shy of 4 months, our kiddo went from his longest stretch of sleep being 4-5 hours (and then multiple night wakings and feedings the remainder of the night) to 10 hours the first night and 12 the second night!

Working with Caroline was one of the best decisions we've made so far as new parents. There is so much unknown with raising these new little people, and having Caroline create a custom, streamlined framework for us to follow (but with some wiggle room) was beyond helpful. Our little boy "caught on" to the method fairly quickly, and it restored a sense of peace in our home. Our house will never be as peaceful as it was pre-baby, but it's a new kind of peace and normal that we wouldn't trade for anything.

Working with Caroline was a dream come true for our new family. Our son has been sleeping through the night since 13 weeks old. She is very thorough in her research of your child and does not make you do anything you are uncomfortable with. Our son is in such a better mood now that he sleeps through the night and loves his crib. She is definitely worth it!
